[ Users ] are considered but not limited to any individual who accesses site that contains the language www.blahhh.net/ anywhere within the url for any reason.

Notifications

Blahhh!, reserves the exclusive right to make changes to this at any time without notifying users. All changes that are made will be indicated in yellow highlight; following the amendment date that changes were implemented. Any changes made to this document will stay highlighted for 100 days. Effective as of the date stated 1 - 1 - 11.

Waiver of Liability

When you access our Business Listing Directory, you will have the opportunity to connect with local businesses in your area.  Although, a business may be listed, we do not endorse, make any guarantees, and/or warrant their performance on the quality of services provided.

We make several attempts to verify all or any required credentials or licenses of all businesses listed. However, users should at their own risk, satisfaction, and/or after user have initiated their own verification process; should proceed to enter into an agreement with a business listed.

User understands that Businesses listed in our directory, are not in any way affiliated with Blahhh!. User understands that Blahhh! is not responsible for any services requested or performed by any business listed.

User understands that once they employ, hire, or utilize a Business Services, their rights are governed by the terms of that business and by applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws. User agree that any and all disputes should be handle by and between the User and Business directly.

User agrees that by using or accessing any Blahhh! Platforms or website pages, user agrees to release Blahhh! from any liability, damages, or claims [ including consequential and incidental damages ] of every kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, known and unknown, and disclosed or undisclosed, in any way connected with your dealings or choice to connect with a business listed.

Business Profiles, Listings, and Accuracy

For a low monthly fee, Blahhh! allows Businesses to post profiles, listings, or advertisements about themselves and their services. User understands that the rules, regulations, licensing laws, and/or requirements may change on a monthly to yearly basis.

Even though all our Businesses applicants are thoroughly screened, Blahhh! can not guarantee or make any warrant that the information received from state, provincial, or other government agencies is accurate, error free, or that it is up to date, current, or even updated from the initial signup process. Blahhh!, periodically investigates all Businesses listed yearly.

Reviews Submission

We encourage all users who have used a Business listed on Blahhh! to submit their testimonials or complaints. Blahhh! at it's sole discretion may or may not verify or authenticate any or all reviews submitted by Users who have utilized the services of a Business listed.

Blahhh!, WILL NOT edit, change, or substitute any language in any form, with the exception of grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and/or explicative's.

Users agree to post truthful reviews about their experience. Users agree not to slander or condemn a Business falsely. Blahhh! reserves the exclusive right to remove any fraudulent reviews for any reason. 

Jurisdiction

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: The construction, validity, and performance of this Agreement and any and all disputes between you [ the user ] and Blahhh! shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.  Users agree that for any dispute arising out of, related to, or regarding your use of Blahhh! shall lie in the Superior Court of Georgia, County of Fulton, State of Georgia.

Third Party Sites

Users understand that there may be links that will allow them to exit the Blahhh! network. At such time,  Blahhh! is not responsible for any content, language, materials of any site that is out side of it's network.
